Keith Bagnall has spent over 25 years working in the Financial Services IT sector, covering a whole range of roles from the
formulation of Business & IT Strategies through to major programme and project management and delivery.
He originally graduated from University College London and has since gone on to hold the role of Chief IT Architect for a top
5 UK Bank.
Having initially learned his craft as a Software Designer and Analyst, he progressed to various project management and l
eadership roles including the implementation of the UKs first telephone banking service, the management of a major Customer
Information project from start to finish, and he led a major (£100million+) branch infrastructure/merger programme from
instigation to completion. Within the Chief Technology Office he created and led the key team which bridged the gap between IT
Strategy and Architecture and Project Delivery thus 'bringing IT strategy to life'.
